Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We currently ship only within the US.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times
Our standard US shipping typically takes 7-14 business days to most destinations.
These time frames are normal for US logistics. We always work to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information
Tracking updates may take a day or two to appear after your shipping confirmation email. This is completely normal.
If your tracking has not updated for a few days, it does not mean the package is lost. Most carriers update once the shipment reaches a new checkpoint.

Lost or Delayed Packages
